To get started, simply send us an email letting us know you’d like to book your spot. We’ll reply with an invoice for the $500 non-refundable deposit, which secures your place in this unforgettable adventure.

The remaining balance is due by June 1st, 2026. If the balance isn’t received by then, your deposit will be used to help sponsor a veteran woman hunter at this event or at a future Dean’s Den hunt—ensuring your contribution still makes a meaningful impact.
